My partner and I were first time buyers, and we fell in love with the first place we visited. The property was just about to have an open house so Helen dropped everything she was doing to get our offer in beforehand, and it was accepted!
We had plenty of difficulties navigating the business side of home buying (difficulties of our own making) and Helen was there for us every day, all day. I don't use this expression often but I have to say that Helen was like our guardian angel. I am so glad we worked with her!!

If you're looking for a competent and honest realtor, Helen should be your go to person. She is responsive, attentive, and knowledgeable. As a first time home buyer, she was extra gracious, and was straight forward with me when it came to budgeting and finding my first home in this crazy market! Helen is a rockstar realtor :)

I wanted to give an absolutely massive shout out to Helen Hammond, Realtor for helping find the perfect home for us! The market right now is crazy and I really can't express enough how amazing she was to Zach and I. Helen went above and beyond to answer our questions, give her honest opinion, and show us things we would be interested in while also making sure we were aware of any potential issues with the homes we looked at. She made sure to take detailed notes on what Zach and I wanted in a house and helped us find those things without an astronomical price tag attached (which this market is like finding a needle in a haystack.)
As first time home buyers we were very nervous about making the biggest purchase of our lives, and Helen was a guiding light for us through all of this. I can't thank her enough for putting up with our 1 million phone calls, texts, and questions.
Thanks to her we have our dream home right now and are loving every minute of it. If you want a realtor who cares about you, your family, and wants to get you an amazing home in your budget please please please go and check her out!
