She has learned much about their cultures and listened to many of their stories. Most of them remain her friends even after their sale. She speaks Cantonese and English and has a local and international network of cash buyers and investors looking to purchase real estate in the Bay Area regularly. She prides herself on helping many sellers make all the preparations to put their homes and investment properties on the market and sell for the highest sales price. Because of this, she can even better help her clients with every step of the process. When she is not helping her buyers find their dream homes or assisting sellers with putting their homes on the market, she enjoys watercolor, abstract painting, Chinese calligraphy, and taking photographs. She is always excited to try new restaurants and cuisines. Yet, recreating a dish, she has eaten in a restaurant from memory in her own home is almost more fun than trying it for the first time. Her friends and family often request two dishes: a rack of lamb and cioppino.
