Helen Marziarz

Helen has received recognition for her twenty-five years of service as a real estate agent in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Throughout her career, she has assisted clients in buying and selling various types of properties, such as residential homes, adult communities, vacant land, and investment properties. Helen has successfully negotiated short sales with different banks and lending institutions, ensuring acceptance and facilitating smooth closings to prevent foreclosure for homeowners.

In addition to her transactional expertise, Helen has provided market evaluations for clients and attorneys, as well as lending institutions and courts involved in estate matters. She has also played a role in guardianships and trusts, having been appointed by the court as a Realtor commissioner in eminent domain cases.

Furthermore, Helen has overseen the administration of guardianships and estates as the broker and owner of three offices. Her leadership has contributed to the successful completion of hundreds of sales for both buyers and sellers.
