I met Helen in Dec. 2018 at an open house -- which house we bought a few months later with Helen representing us. Then in September 2021, my parents decided to move from several states away to near me, and I contacted Helen again. She helped me find a great house for them, and understood their needs and wishes well. She was patient and helpful throughout, offering names and numbers for all the services we need to sign up for, and also told us a few great stories! We closed in Dec. 2021.

Helen Sherman is an excellent real estate broker, especially for older, expensive homes. Helen made the effort to understand what made our house special evidenced by the 5 page description of the property. Helen did an excellent competitive analysis to arrive at a price for our house and could defend our price to other brokers whose only analysis was square foot comparisons. I am very happy we chose Helen to be our broker and recommend her highly.
