As a full-time Realtor, I take pride in my career and will relentlessly work with you to find your
dream home or get your property sold for the highest price in the least amount of time. I have had
the opportunity to work in various aspects of a real estate transaction from contract to close.
When newly licensed in 1989, I worked as a personal assistant to a real estate broker. This is
where I learned the business. In 2001, I earned my broker license and then continued my education
as a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI). I served as our team marketing expert, buyer agent,
selling agent and managed a multi-million-dollar real estate firm with my husband. In addition, we
owned a well-known franchise, a boutique real estate office, Florida Luxury Realty, and a title
company.
I consider myself a life-long learner and continuing education allows me to represent clients with
the highest knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry. In 2010 I became a Certified
Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). I personally negotiated and successfully closed short sales and
foreclosures for clients and banks. In 2016, I took some time off as a single parent to raise my
son and worked in the education field as a teacher and instructional specialist for a school
district. I attained a master's degree in educational leadership. Within the past year, I attained
the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation along with a PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor)
certification. Prior to that I received the (CIPS) Certified International Property Specialist
designation, where I network with real estate agents throughout the world, exposing seller’s
properties to buyers worldwide.
In my spare time, I enjoy exercising and walking my Alaskan Malamute, Zeus. A day relaxing on the
sunny Sarasota beaches is all it takes to realize that I truly live in paradise! As a former New
York native, bolding the cold winters for over 25 years, it was obvious, Florida is where I belong.
One of my top priorities is giving back to the community. Volunteering for children’s organizations
tops my list. I recently joined Habitat for Humanity, and I am looking forward to
contributing my time for this worthy cause.
