Helen helped us to buy a house recently, and we are very pleasing with the professional advices and guidance she provided for us. We were new to the area, we did not know much about the process and we had no much understanding of the housing market. Helen and her team patiently set up meeting with us to help us to understand the procedures and the market. Afterwards, Helen and her team met us every weekend to show us the houses they recommended and the houses we are interested in. They provided very professional suggestions about the pros and cons of every house we visited. When we found a house we liked and start to negotiate with the house owner, Helen provided a lot of insights about how we should bid. And we finally were able to buy the house and move into our new home within two months. We liked our new home very much and we really appreciate the helps Helen provided.

It was an amazing experience working with Helen & Rachel! They are super responsible for every details all the way through the whole process. Especially during this special COVID-19 period, although there were unexpected difficulties, they have handled everything well in this time of uncertainty. We worked with Helen to sell a house and then to buy another one. Helen has been great taking us through both processes. She is very knowledgable about local housing market and provided us with a lot of suggestions on area, timing and pricing during our search. When we decided to make an offer, she is very professional and helped us research the market and the area to make sure our offer is competitive but also within our expectations. We were able to get the house within our budget even when competing with multiple offers. We would highly recommend Helen to anyone that's looking to sell or buy a house in the Bay area. Helen and Rachel are amazing. We were really nervous about the process of buying a house in the bay area, considering this is our first house and we are totally no experience in the process. Helen and Rachel walked us through step-by-step patiently, made sure we knew what to expect and help us got better pricing. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. We had thousands and thousands of questions as the first-time buyer, but they were always happy to help even in the night time. They gave us professional advice and solved our problems. Overall: Highly recommended. Very professional and responsive.

We have started our home hunting in Dec 2017, and we knew Helen by friends referral. We have tried several agents and we eventually chose Helen and bought our first home with her one year later.

Why we have chosen Helen?

1. Client-focused, instead of commission-focused:

Unlike other agents I have seen, Helen cared for us: She listened to us carefully, and she would stop us from buying homes with issues or bidding blindly. While some other agents would push you to bid as high as possible, so they could get their commission asap and leave their client buying an over-priced home.

2. Responsive:

During our home buying process, Helen was extremely responsive in all manners: Email, phone, and IM. All of our questions/concerns were answered/addressed on the same day, and we had completed our home buying process without any issue.

3. Skillful in negotiation:

Bay area housing market had been hot for so long and it has bred lots of so-called-real-estate-agents which all they knew were bidding higher prices. (see 587 Balsam Ave and 1100 Lund Ter in Sunnyvale 94085)

Helen is not one of them, during our home buying process, she had negotiated with the buyer agent with reasonable terms (instead of bidding, we promised to close the purchase faster), this helped us buying our home with a lower-than-market price.

I am very fortunate to work with such an excellent agent!

Recently, Helen helped us with a property purchase as the buyer agent. At the beginning, she understood our needs immediately after a quick chat. And her professionalism and efficiency was very impressive - she helped us to understand different zip codes/districts easily by selecting several sample properties in multiple popular areas. Also, she was very responsive during the entire process and shared many important details with great patience. Besides, she did an amazing job for the final purchase negotiation. Additionally, she proactively shared many useful tips before we moving into the new home even after the contract was closed.

Working with Helen was a wonderful experience and she was more like a friend rather than an agent. She will be your best agent if you plan to buy your new home :-)
