Helena Loelius is a Broker/Salesperson, Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of Sitar Realty Company TCN Worldwide, a full-service commercial real estate firm based in New Jersey. Ms. Loelius joined the Company in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of the Sea Girt office.

In her role as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager, Ms. Loelius specializes in real estate sales throughout the state of New Jersey.
Ms. Loelius has more than 25 years of experience in real estate industry. Prior to joining Sitar, she owned several area businesses including Foresight Realty Associates and Shanahan and Brennan Realty Company.

Ms. Loelius most notable transactions in Monmouth County include the sale of investment properties and development sites for shopping centers extended-stay hotels, Office Buildings, Apartment, and Golf Course; leases for such tenants as Century 21, Hand and Stone, Body Wraps, Sports Management, FINS Tropicali, Miles Ahead Sports, Euro Wax, Massage Envy, Gails Optical, Village Coffee, Carter and Covero, Coal House, SAK, Paul Mitchell Salons, J Michael, a Paul Mitchell Salon, Ocean Blue Partners, LLC, Gail’s Optical Shoppe, Olive Oil Imports, Dresti Power Yoga, Surf Wireless, The Little Gym and Learning Express and Intercat. Her current client list includes ICS Builders, Sitt Assets, Gottesman Real Estate Partners, Grand Pacific Finance and Hotels Unlimited, and New Jersey Probation Union.

Ms. Loelius is a licensed New Jersey broker/salesperson and a member of the South Monmouth Board of Realtors, the New Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She served as President of the South Monmouth Board of Realtors for 2009, 2010, and 2011, as President Elect (2007 and 2008), Vice President (2005 and 2006) and Director (2003, 2004, 2012 and 2013). Ms. Loelius served as Board Representative to the New Jersey Association of Realtors and served as Director of Board of the New Jersey Association of Realtors for 2009, 2010 and 2011.
