Being a first time homebuyer from a different state, it was a lot on me and my husband. Expensive and tiresome!! House hunting is also very competitive, and enhance these variables. Helene made our experience welcoming and as comforting as she possibly could. It felt like we were with a trusted family member. I can’t say enough about her. She is amazing!! Very professional, responsive, and REAL. Our son is on the spectrum and he now loves his “auntie Helene.” He came with us on most showings and Helene was so patient, even thru tantrums and meltdowns. If you are reading this Helene…..Thank you! You are a soldier!!
As a black woman entering something very intimidating, because of the history of discrimination and redlining in my community, I NEVER once felt she didn’t want the very best for me and my family. She made us feel as if homeownership was attainable; without a doubt, and gave us the upmost respect! Additionally, she never made me feel like a check, number, or client. Truly genuine, and CARES!! I’m a NYC dame…. so I know real when I see it!! We will 4 EVER love this lady.
