Helene Kepas-Brown

MEET HELENE
Born in Baltimore, but raised in Utah, Helene began her real estate career after a successful career as an attorney and public defender, full-time parenting, and volunteer leadership positions in Washington state and North Carolina.
Coming full circle, Helene has returned to Utah and poured her passion and energy into Real Estate. Helene uses the talents she honed in court and committee meetings to successfully negotiate for her clients and help them achieve their real estate objectives.
Her commitment and perseverance in even the most difficult transactions has led to her success. Most notably, Helene was awarded the Rookie of the Year award for Coldwell Banker Realty in 2021 as well as being named to the President's Circle and the International Diamond Society, and the International Sterling Society.
Helene credits her success to her dedication to each client, genuinely seeking what is best for each client’s individual needs and desires while helping them navigate the real estate sales process. Helene currently lives in Pleasant Grove, Utah with her husband and two corgis.
