They went above and beyond what I expected them to do! I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a new home to definitely use them. I was a first time home buyer as well and any little question I had they were quick to answer and respond to whatever it was that I had a question about. Also my mailbox was missing a key I could t check my mail and Henry in particular came out and fixed the lock so I could get my mail. For future home owners who may be a bit intimidated by the daunting task of purchasing a new home I totally empathize with you. However due to the diligence of Mr. Jorquera I was able to secure my new home for the price I wanted. Mr. Jorquera's knowledge of the entire process was quite extensive and proved to be instrumental throughout the process from start to finish. As a first time buyer it was great to work with someone who was readily available to answer all my questions and take care of any concerns I had. The process is long but at no time did I feel uncomfortable with proceeding. I now own a home with zero down at a great finance rate. From the moment I asked Henry for help finding a home he helped my wife and me to no end. At one point he was in the hospital and was still going at it to find us a home. Since I am in the military and move around quite frequently it was nice having someone who intimately knew the surrounding areas.
