Henry Valles

Henry Valles is a passionate and dedicated Broker Associate based in Austin, Texas, with a profound commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering healthier and sustainable living. With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Henry has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who advocates for his clients.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Henry obtained a BBA in Finance from St. Edward's University in 2008. Prior to embarking on his real estate career, he gained valuable experience in property management and insurance. Since joining the real estate industry in 2011, Henry has consistently excelled as a Top Producer, assisting in over 300 transactions and overseeing the sales management of various new construction developments in Central Austin.

Henry received his GREEN Designation with the National Association of REALTORS® in 2019. He is also certified in “Healthier and Sustainable Building” through the Healthy Materials Lab at Parsons School of Design and is the Director of Sustainability at MODUS Real Estate in Austin.

In addition to his achievements in real estate, Henry spearheaded Austin’s first hempcrete home in Community First Village, a community for the chronically homeless in 2017. Speaking at multiple conferences and universities, including the International Hemp Building Symposium, SXSW, SingularityU, University of Texas and EarthX, he has delivered presentations on developing communities through hemp building. Inspired to bring more sustainable and healthier solutions to the real estate and building industries, Henry continues to educate his community and champion sustainable and healthier building alternatives through his real estate and hemp-building consulting practices.

Outside of work, Henry enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife Raechel and their son Wolfe, playing basketball and all the outdoors, food and music Austin has to offer.
