Henze Marvin's upbringing was rooted in real estate, with a family history of active owners and investors in property that included commercial properties in Queens, and rental units in Port Washington, Long Island. Born and raised in Malibu, California on a beautiful 60-acre ranch that was part of a wildlife preserve, Henze grew up with a special respect for the environment and passion for the real estate business; so much so that she ultimately took over management of her family's 35 Long Island rental units full-time.
Extremely intelligent and creative, Henze studied Humanities and Cultural Studies at Dominican University of California in the Bay area, graduating with top-tier honors. She held various positions in sales over the years, always generating substantially increased revenue in every undertaking.
Under her leadership, the family-owned private rental property business, Henze Management LLC, increased its annual rental income by 33% since she began in 2007.
Henze's love of New York real estate continued to blossom upon moving to Brooklyn Heights, and inspired her to join Corcoran to share her seasoned knowledge with others. As your agent, she will support your needs and help you achieve your vision of the perfect place to call home. Her caring, responsible nature and attentive, communicative approach endear her to her clients, and make them feel confident that they're in good hands.
Currently residing on beautiful Joralemon Street, Henze enjoys teaching Yoga locally. She also has a deep connection with dance that has included performing ballet and North Indian Classical Dance over the years.
