Mr. Straus is by far the most committed real estate agent in the industry in my opinion. Herbert is a man of great experience and respect. After dealing with other real estate agents previously, I truly do understand how experience plays a big role in getting the job done right. I am very glad I chose Mr. Herbert Straus to be my real estate agent for the property I recently purchased. With his background and experience I seen from the jump that Mr. Straus not only knew what he was talking about but always gives you information to solidify his statement. Beginning my search to find a home (as a first-time homebuyer) the first thing Mr. Straus sent me was a list of steps that it would take to become a homeowner. As I was searching for homes, Mr. Straus was always available to give me a completely detailed analysis of this property. Mr. Straus would ask for a list of locations and specific details that I was looking for in my future home and would periodically send me listings that were in the criteria suggested. The best thing about Mr. Straus is that he is a man of his word and he is always at your disposal for questions on any matter relating to your search. After looking at many listings sent to me from Mr. Straus, I finally found the right place in the right location at the right price. Right away I called Mr. Straus and informed him I would like to look at the property, and he got one for the next afternoon. I am currently living in this home and cannot be any happier that I chose Mr. Straus as my agent. If you want a real-estate agent with a lot of experience and someone who is very professional in his work and communication, Mr. Herbert Straus is the man to call.

I would hire Herb in an instant and recommend him to any family members or friends! Herb got the job done during an impossible time, right when quarantine started for Covid! We sold our house in a day, just over the asking price, and I attribute that to great photography and marketing which was all handled by Herbie. Throughout the whole process, he stayed in communication with us, and the lenders. He would answer any questions via text or phone at any time day or night. I felt that he was patient with us when we talked initially about our expectations for the house and he did thorough research when deciding on a listing price. His responsiveness and ability to reach out to everyone involved and update us consistently are what I appreciated most.

Herb is the absolute best! He worked with my fiancé when he originally purchased his townhouse, and when we decided to start looking for a larger home to grow into, we called Herb.
