I started my real estate career in my early 20s. Initially, I began working in the mortgage industry which provided me with a well-rounded background in the financial side of real estate. It seemed only natural for me to expand my horizons and pursue my real estate license.
Since 2003, I have been selling various types of realestate from residential, commercial investments to business opportunities in the surrounding Bakersfield area.
In 2009, I decided to go after my Brokers license. My disciplined work ethic demonstrates that I am committed to helping my clients get exactly what they want and will work until they are satisfied. Before opening my own Brokerage in 2011, I had the privilege of working for Watson Realty, one of the more prestigious brokerage firms in Bakersfield. During my time there, I was a recipient of Watson Realty’s “Circle of Excellence” award for 2010.
For a successful business relationship, I believe in working directly with clients in contrast to the team – of – assistants approach.
My ability to find a common ground with clients allows me to identify with buyers and sellers alike. I hope to create a repeat clientele through my genuine desire to exceed their goals. The real estate market certainly changes, and those who hire me can rely on my experience and expertise to make a well-informed decision.
