Hiep Nguyen

Hiep is a full-time Realtor and has been a top producing agent, year after year, and recognized as a member of the Intero Chairman's Circle, Top 1% of all Intero agents worldwide based on sales production.

Hiep received his undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and graduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. After a successful high-tech engineering and marketing career, he decided to pursue his life-long passion in real estate. This background is paramount in his solution-oriented approach during negotiations, accurate home valuation based on analytics, and marketing a home to its fullest potential. Hiep’s primary concern is to consistently provide his clients with the highest quality real estate service available, thereby ensuring their total satisfaction and an extremely positive experience.

Family, fitness, and community are very important to Hielp. Elaine, his wife and best friend for the past 25+ years, and him have raised two wonderful children in their Los Altos home and feel blessed to be a part of the Bay Area community. In his spare time, he enjoys volleyball and tennis, actively playing in the Industrial Volleyball League, and has helped coach the local high school volleyball team. He is a volunteer for the Los Altos Educational Foundation, a member of the Los Altos and Mountain View Education Foundations Honor Roll of Realtors, and a member of the Realtor Service Volunteer Program, a service dedicated to assisting seniors in the community. Finally, for each escrow transaction Hiep makes a monetary contribution to the Intero Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping children in need.
