Hilary Buchanan

Hilary Buchanan is the 4th generation of her family to reside in Sacramento. Her Mother, a Realtor and her father, an Advertising executive, it was only natural for her to follow in their footsteps. While attending college, Hilary first discovered her love for Real Estate, working part time in Escrow Tracking and Marketing for a local new home builder in 2000. Hilary obtained her Real Estate license in 2002, and immediately began her career in helping make the impossible possible, one move at a time, selling new homes in Elk Grove, Natomas, Plumas Lake, Lincoln, and Mather. After many years of selling new homes, Hilary decided to make her own move into selling pre-loved homes in 2014, furthering her knowledge of the Real Estate business and of the city of Sacramento and surrounding areas. Hilary has a sincere love for Sacramento and everything the city has to offer. Aside from Real Estate Hilary enjoys traveling, wine, Bikram Yoga, swimming, and dining with friends and family. Hilary lives in the South Land Park Neighborhood in Sacramento with her husband Ryan, daughter Bailey, and dog Monkey.
