She went above and beyond by personally showing us multiple properties, quickly sourcing new listings that matched our needs, and patiently answering all our questions from the very first tour. Where can I start with Hilary... she has to be the absolute best realtor out there hands down. We got extemely lucky and met her through Zillow and throughout our entire buying process no matter what she had going on, she dropped everything she was doing to accomodate us. I asked her from day to be honest and straight forward about everything as we didnt want to waste our time or q. That is exactly what she gave us and we couldnt be any more appreciative of that! She was there for us every step of the way and if something wasnt right or didnt seem like it was going to work, she stayed positive and kept moving forward. Almost 10 years to the day of buying the property I closed on the sale of my duplex this week. Earlier this summer I decided to look into what the property would fetch in this crazy housing market. I reached out to Hilary and couldn’t be happier that I did. One of our first conversations I told her the number I had in my head and she thought that might be a little high (very few comparable properties in the area), but she said if I wasn’t in a rush to sell we’d see what happens. She ended up landing me that number! I was also looking for someone to be totally hands on with the entire process. Here’s our story: We decided to move to Indianapolis to be close to family, but we had only visited a few times and knew virtually nothing about the city. Hilary spent so much time with us up front to learn about our family, our desires for a home and neighborhood, and about our lifestyle. As we communicated more, it was very apparent that Hilary truly knew us because our virtual housing search was spot on. Every house that showed up in our list met all of our requirements. She got us! Then when we were ready to look at homes in person, we flew to Indianapolis for a few days only, hoping that we would finish our 3-day trip with a new home… and we did! We looked at homes in neighborhoods all throughout Indy - from Broad Ripple to Fountain Square and Bates-Hendricks to Downtown - allowing our family to familiarize ourselves with the various neighborhoods and truly get a better sense for what would fit us best. In only three days, we managed to see 12 homes, put in an offer on one home, and conduct the home inspection. While most people likely wouldn’t move that quickly, our family was able to do so only because of Hilary’s expertise and efficiency. We love our new state, our new neighborhood, and our new home. We couldn’t have done it without Hilary! Furthermore, we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else supporting us throughout this entire process.

P.S. We loved Hilary so much that my parents also worked with her for their cross-country move to Indianapolis.
