If I could give Hilary more than 5 stars, I would! She is so thoughtful, understanding, and knowledgeable. I had no idea that my home search would lead me to a life long friend, too! Hilary was the BEST. I wasn’t actually looking to buy a house but when the ONE popped up I knew it would be a hard and fast process. Hilary was there throughout the entire process and answered every singe text with a smile. She was so helpful, thoughtful and knowledgeable in the practice. She has since helped me look at selling my house and never gets annoyed with my ENDLESS texts. Agent turned friend and I’m so thankful to have had her through my house buying journey! I recommend Hilary over anyone in the area!!

Hilary and Sherry are the best of the best in Birmingham! We did a total 180 and went from looking at new listings to building new construction and they were with us every step of the way. As first-time homebuyers, they guided us and provided resources for lenders, looked up all our options for our design appointment in advance, went to walk throughs with us, helped us decide the best loan package, and even did a FaceTime with us and the attorney at our closing since we had to do it virtually due to COVID restrictions. No one knows Birmingham real estate like they do and we couldn’t have bought our first home without them.

Hillary goes out of her way to serve her clients! We bought a house with her and everything was seamless through the whole process! We had to contact multiple contractors and inspectors and she did a great job pointing us in the right direction to meet our needs. She answered our calls every time we tried to reach her with questions and responds to our texts quickly. If I was in the market of trying to find a good realtor I would definitely give Hillary Cleveland a try.
