Buying a new home can be very trying especially if something goes wrong. Hilary Miller stuck with my wife and me, at all hours of the day and night, and sometimes in farout locations as we looked, and looked and looked. Then one day we found exactly what we wanted and Hilary rushed our bid into the listing agent. We were accepted and a closing date was set. All was well with the world until a few days before closing and sadly the seller passed away suddenly. Hilary stepped up immediatedly to find out the details and spoke to the sellers agent about what could be done. We had rented our previous residence and thought this was going to be a disaster. Hilary followed up on this very respectfully and we closed only one week late since the daughter was POA and had signed all the documents before her dad passed. She provided effective detail on each neighborhood we considered the school systems assigned to each neighborhood and steered us clear of areas which would not suit our needs I traveled to Richmond over the Thanks Giving Holiday and she was able to show me dozens of houses during that weekend on short notice.
