Hillary Hertzberg was born and raised in Miami Beach. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis and graduated from the University of Miami’s Professional MBA program in December 2018.
She has achieved many milestones since joining The Jills® team in 2011. Hillary was selected as one of Coldwell Banker Realty’s 30 Under 30, which recognizes 30 real estate professionals out of the 86,000 agents worldwide, who have achieved success in sales, philanthropy and leadership.
Hillary has presented at numerous seminars and conferences across the nation and in Europe. She has also served as a keynote speaker at the Coldwell Banker Elite Sales Club meetings, and a guest contributor and authoritative source on key real estate issues for diverse media outlets, including CBS4 Miami, NBC6 Miami, Ocean Drive magazine, the Miami Herald, and The Real Deal, amongst others.
Hillary’s in-depth understanding of the Miami market is an asset to all of her clients. She successfully utilizes her exceptional knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing to maximize exposure for her sellers and provide comprehensive information for her buyers. Hillary uses the latest technological advances and harnesses the power of social media to market and sell her properties on a global scale.
In 2012, Hillary started the Second Generation Giving Fund with her brother, Danny Hertzberg, also a luxury real estate agent with The Jills Zeder Group. After every transaction, they donate to a charity of their client’s choosing. Thus far, they have had the privilege of supporting such organizations as Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, Susan G. Komen, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Mt. Sinai Hospital, United Way, The Friendship Circle, Lotus House, Youth2Youth, Frost School of Music, Michael J Fox Foundation, Fundación Manos del Sur, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Habitat for Humanity, amongst many others. Hillary has also led the team in volunteering with Habitat for Humanity’s Blitz Build for the last 7 years.
