We had an amazing experience working with Holly. She was super responsive and communicative and went above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. We purchased a for-sale-by-owner property and she was able to navigate the complex situation in a way that made all of us happy. Her feedback and expertise was instrumental in our home buying negotiations. She also took additional time to help us understand the intricacies of our specific situation and we came out of the process much more educated about the market than we were before. We are really grateful to have had Holly on our team and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy property regardless of real estate goals (investment, first-time home, etc).

Holly was incredible. Me and my wife are 60 years old and have never bought a home, we where totally clueless. She led us right though it all, explaining and teaching even while she did outstanding work.
Now I am sitting here in my beautiful home, early I the AM sipping my Joe and wondering how I got so lucky.
No luck involved, just a lot of hard work from one great Realtor.

Holly helped me found my first house. I really love it! I would recommend her for her persistence and dedication. She’s really nice and easy to work with. And she is looking to build a long lasting customer relationship. Definitely 5 stars!

I had a full-year-long home shopping experience with Holly. At the beginning, I wasn’t really familiar with the buying process. I didn’t even know what type of house I would like. I had lots of discussion with Holly. Holly is really patient and focusing on getting me the right choice. We spent months going house to house to help me understand my actual needs. I got weekly market updates and lots of suggestions around real estate investment, around what makes a house valuable in today’s market. Every house I liked, Holly will send me an analysis. In Seattle’s competitive market, we sent in 4 offers. Each offers, Holly really made sure everything is perfect. Finally, after a whole year, we found my beautiful home. With some luck and good strategy, I got it with a really reasonable price.

I would recommend her for the trust, dedication and long lasting relation.

I was terrified to come up to Sequim/Port Angeles and begin house hunting. The realtor that helped me sell my home recommended Holly, and as soon as I met that friendly woman, all my fears dissipated. She is hard working, friendly, and was attuned to help me find what I wanted in a new home. I was not an easy person to help as I had quite specific needs. When we found ‘the place’ for me, the sellers were required to do some basic work on the home prior to selling it to me. There were forms to fill, foundation repair people to screen and hire and it would have killed me. Holly took it all on and then some, and much of this was through the CV-19 Pandemic and Holly did it all. I recommend Holly with absolutely the highest number of stars possible, plus an additional couple for outstanding service to a nervous-Nelly.
