Holly is a Chicago native, born and raised in Lakeview. Her real estate career began in 2005. Her primary focus was beach properties and vacation homes. In her first year, she was awarded "Rookie of the Year " and continues receiving top producer and customer service awards yearly. In 2014, Holly returned to Chicago to help sellers and buyers in the city.
In 2022, Holly added a Wisconsin License to her business in order to help service her clients in Lake Geneva and surrounding Walworth County areas. She currently splits her time between Lake Geneva and the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago. She is active in both marketplaces and communities.
She adheres to a team approach when working with her clients, meaning she and her clients are a team throughout the entire process and beyond.
She is an avid sailboat racer with two grown children and a rescue Pitbull, named Vida. In her free time, Holly can be found on, in, or around either Lake Michigan or Geneva Lake, paddleboarding, sailing, swimming, biking along the lakefront, walking along the Geneva Lake Shore path, or somewhere in the snow.
