Holly was wonderful. She walked me through the entire process of selling my house. She suggested price that it would sell quickly but met what I wanted to get for it. Only on market for 2 days and contracts came rolling in. Holly helped me go through contacts to pick the best one. The one I decided on was over asking price. It was wonderful to work with Holly and her team this past year. From the moment she and I started discussing the sale of my home, I knew I was going to be represented very well during the process. Holly and her team helped me stage my home which was a tremendous load off of my mind. She brought in a wonderful photographer that took great “realistic” pictures. During the initial stages, once the house was staged and seeing the pictures, I thought to myself “Do I really want to move?” We listed the home midweek and received a great offer after being on the market a couple of days.
