Holly Reed

Holly Reed under direction of Elliott and Russell is project manager at James Morgan Construction. Reed is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts. Later, Reed obtained her real estate license in order to represent owners as a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2015. Prior to entering the commercial real estate and construction field, Mrs. Reed was an oil and gas landman where she negotiated contracts, created royalty packages, and performed title research and mineral ownership research. Reed has been with James Morgan, Ltd. since 2014. In that time, she has come to manage all sub-contractor bidding, plans preparation with Architects and Engineers, project scheduling, construction logistics, utilities negotiation and scheduling, City of Lubbock permitting and planning & zoning logistics, communications between superintendents and sub-contractors, communications with owners, among other items.
