We worked with Jen Jordan and she was incredible, start to finish. She knew how to price our home to make sure we made a profit without scaring potential buyers away. She was not pushy during the search for our new home and acted as more of a guide when we had questions. My wife and I were nervous about selling our home with few projects going on. We met Holly Ritchie (exceptional realtor) for the first time after one call and made us confident and worry free. Holly is well organized and very professional. Her team had worked hard to sell our home and was able to do it in 5 days on the first open house day. Holly helped my husband and I buy our first home 10 years ago. She took us to see sooo many homes over a few months until we found what we wanted. When we went to sell that home (now a family of 4), we knew she was who we wanted to work with in selling, and buying our next home. It was my first home purchased in NE Ohio. as a first time home buyer there are many things that you may not be aware of how they work. so my advise get yourself an agent! Holly and her team did a fabulous job of communicating and explaining. There were some hiccups, which is is to be expected, when doing a transaction of this magnitude and it was at this point that I realized why Holly Ritchie and her team are experienced and successful agents. When a problem arose, Holly went out of her way to be as professional and understanding as possible. Kudos Ladies!! We are now in our new home and could not be happier!
