When we decided we had outgrown our home, we turned to Holly Tennant Billy for assistance. We searched for homes. We considered renovating. We changed our minds back to buying. Finally, we decided to rebuild our home. She helped us narrow down builders, answered questions about the process and helped us find a rental home.
Holly was always professional and always patient with the many twists and turns of our decision-making. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, renovating, building and renting. If there were times she did not have the answers to our questions she always found the answers for us. She was always available for us and always prompt in response to our requests and questions.
I would 100% recommend Holly Tennant Billy! We couldn’t have got through all of the twists and turns and decision-making without her. She was invaluable to us. She held our hands through every move we made and continues to check in on us because she cares about her clients. She got to know us and our likes and dislikes and our needs. She never judged any decision we made, just provided us with all of the facts we needed.
When our house is finally finished...Holly will be the guest of honor at our first party!!

In a word, Holly Billy is a professional. In more words, she is the most ethical, empathetic and savvy realtor I have worked with. She helped us both buy and sell our home. We started off looking for a new home and after not finding what we wanted, she expertly helped us pivot to learning about the house-building industry and carefully and thoroughly taught us about all the quality and not so quality builders in Arlington. She helped me navigate school districts and neighborhoods. And after two years of working on both homes, I now call her a dear friend....who started simply as our realtor! She has so many connections to the building industry, the realtor industry, stagers, contractors etc....she literally knows everyone. Selling my father's condominium from the other side of the country filled me with apprehension even before the process started -- and then the pandemic hit! I was certain I'd have to fly across the country frequently at various milestones, under uncertain health conditions, but Holly Billy worked as our steward and advocate in every aspect of the process, from recommendations on remodeling to vendor coordination and the sale process itself. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in the driver's seat, and would highly recommend her as a realtor who will work to understand your needs and go the extra mile to make sure they're met. We were so lucky and grateful to have her!

Holly is one of the best in the business to work with! My husband and I have purchased many properties over the years and have never had as good an experience as we did with Holly. She helped us both buy and sell a home in the hot 2021 real estate market. She knew we absolutely loved a house she showed us and knew we had to win this. She consulted us through the options to make our offer competitive and made sure we were very aware of the risks. What stood out most to me is that she was unbiased and supportive to both my and my partner's views. She wasn't trying to "sell" us on anything and just wanted us to make a sound decision. This partnership alone is why I recommend Holly to my friends and family - it wasn't just a transaction. Additionally, Holly is on top of things which is a blessing when you're making a decision as big as a home purchase.
