Holly! Gosh, where to begin?! She helped me sell my house while going through a divorce. She did it all and went above and beyond! Then later on helped my new little family find a house over an hour away from her usual location in Muncie! I work 12s and she did everything in her power to make sure we both were able to see the house with our work schedules and never gave up even with such a crazy housing market! We were so blessed to find such an amazing, dedicated, and loving person!

If there were 10 stars I would select 10 stars…. Holly was so knowledgeable about the housing market, selected a selling price for our house that was fair and exceeded our expectations.
She was so patient with us in our search for new housing. Holly is one of integrity and when she says she will do something she does it. We have gained a true friend and will recommend her to our friends when they need a realtor.

I had an amazing experience working with Holly! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and accurately predicted the amount for which I would sell my house. She advised me on what to fix and what to leave as is. I had already relocated by the time I put my house on the market so Holly met the packers, movers, and cleaners at the house for me, sent me text messages on their progress and locked the house up for me after they were gone. She is absolutely a full service realtor. I didn’t even have to drive back to the house once before the closing! She took care of everything!!

Holly was AWESOME! She did an outstanding job and couldn’t have asked for a more friendly person to buy a home with! She was very knowledgeable, and never made me feel dumb for my first home buying process! Took care of me and made sure things went smoothly. Also, made sure things on the sellers end was getting taken care of before I moved in! Will go through Holly in the future!

Holly was simply the best. I had not bought a home in many years and she walked me through the entire process. Always available for questions and great response time! She kept me on task with details I likely would have forgotten, and, got me closed in 21 days, even with the Christmas and New Year holidays in the midst of that. She steered me in the right direction for the best lender for my needs, after I had a disappointing start with the lender I had originally found. I would highly recommend her!
