Holly is hands-down the best realtor I have ever worked with! She is the complete realtor package... kind, funny, friendly, knowledgeable about the housing market, and excited about her job. I was continually impressed by her attention to detail in each step of the selling process, from the initial photos and marketing of the home to the final closing day. Holly insured that I felt cared for and taken care of. She is an excellent communicator as well, so I was always well informed and never felt out of the loop. She was also very responsive on phone, text, and email, so any questions I had were answered quickly. At the end of escrow, my buyer and I were both highly satisfied with the transaction. Holly is AMAZING!!! I was kinda dreading going through the home-buying process because I've heard so many horror stories. I met Holly at an open house and decided to have her help us with our home buying journey. And I will tell you why. She immediately contacted me with listings she knew I would be interested in. She really listens to your needs and will find exactly what you are looking for. When it came time to look at properties she had a full itinerary of properties that she scheduled for us. Once we found the perfect home, she made sure we got it even in a highly competitive market. She knows the ins and outs of the business, and is a total expert! The best part is, once we were in escrow, she handled EVERYTHING. It was so stress-free I started to get anxiety that I wasn't doing enough. Holly provides white glove service and it has been an absolute delight working with her.

Holly did a great job helping us secure the home that we wanted to purchase. It has been a brutal 3 months of continuously going to open houses on weekends and not landing anything we liked. We worked with Holly one weekend and found a property that we liked and Holly was able to get the job done. We appreciated Holly's attention to our needs and what we were looking for. This lady right here, HOLLY, is amazing ya'll!!! She's very professional, knowledgeable, and super helpful. She'll go out of her way to help you find that dream home if you are looking to buy. You can call/text to ask her any questions and she'll message you right back. Very responsive. She was able to help us negotiate a purchase price. And at the end, our home had equity right from the start.

When we first started this journey to look for our dream home, we would imagine it would take at least 6 months, as we've been told by our friends. Despite the current situation where inventory was low, it's quite competitive out there with other buyers looking to buy homes. It's definitely a challenge, but to our surprise, we found our dream home in 6 weeks and to put in the offer and get accepted, was amazing! We were ecstatic and was very pleased with how quickly we were able to find our dream home. This process was going a lot quicker than we had anticipated. Holly walked us through each step of the way as we were going through the process. As you all know, the whole process can be very stressful, but Holly made it manageable, stress free for us, and our escrow went so smooth. Every documents we had to sign was set up via DocuSign, which was quick and easy.

We'll definitely have Holly help us again in the near future when we're ready to purchase some investment properties.

We highly recommend her! You won't be disappointed!

Holly was just the best realtor anyone can ask for , especially as first time homebuyers, my husband and I immediately were drawn to her quick responsiveness and clear communications, which helped us get into house viewings quickly, and also in placing our offer in for our new home! Immediately after our initial call, I received emails and texts from her (there was an email glitch on my end initially, but we got it resolved quickly thanks to her communication skills!) Holly was always positively interactive when we had to deal with a difficult prospective buyer. Then when some damage occurred to the property, due to a neighbor’s negligence, Holly assisted us in getting things repaired so that the property could be relisted. It should be noted that we are not in the state where this sale transaction was completed, adding to an already complicated situation. Holly was very diligent and stepped up when we could not be onsite.
