Holly was a BLESSING to me. She helped me during the hardest thing I have had to face, selling my grandparents’ home they have had since early 1960s. She helped me cope with the death of my Gram and made the process of letting go of her house a little more easy on my heart. She took charge and was so helpful day or night, whatever time. I literally can’t say anything but wonderful things about her. She is a powerhouse with a huge heart.

My partner and I were referred to Holly through Zillow while requesting to view a home. We had no idea what we wanted in a realtor as first time home buyers other than for someone able to work around our opposite work schedules. Holly is everything we wished for and more! She is so flexible, always willing to meet us for a late or early showing, scheduled around our hectic schedules, answered all of our questions, is incredibly patient, and extremely through. She listens to what the buyer is looking for intently and is never pushy or over the top "salesy". More than once I became overwhelmed with the process in this insane market and Holly always swooped in with words of wisdom! She communicated with us every step of the way, leading to the purchase of our dream home! We were able to get closing costs covered and a credit in this insane market thanks to her. Highly recommend working with Holly for any real estate needs!!!

I must say Holly is VERY patient and understanding. After 4 months of dealing with my non stop questions, making offers, backing out, viewing a ton of houses all over different counties and then some .... I’m SHOCKED she hasn’t retired :) !!!
Holly is very friendly, very attentive, responsive and honest. She was a pleasure to work with during the purchasing of our first home. She listened to what we wanted and got us a home better then we imagined.

I am probably the most demanding buyer client. Holly has not only helped me find houses while I am out of state, she got to know every detail of my personal needs and tastes. In this fast-moving market, Holly was willing to drop everything and drive over an hour to give me a video tour of a few homes. And, she helped me write up over four different offers attempting to purchase a home in the insane Seller's market.

Being a Seller's agent is a much easier job these days. But, she went on this two-month journey with me, a buyer, and met every need - more responsive than any professional I have worked with. She goes above and beyond. Thank you, Holly!
