Hope has lived in Portland since the mid 1990’s and has over 20 years experience in the Portland real estate market and has owned multiple small businesses. She has an extensive background in real estate investment and business sales and contract negotiation. With comprehensive experience as an investor in residential and commercial income property, Hope provides invaluable counsel while truly listening to her client’s needs. She serves Buyers, Sellers and Investors in the Portland urban core with an emphasis on land redevelopment, new construction, modern architecture, and investment property including owner/user commercial, multi-family, retail and office properties. She’s a land use policy advocate and served on the State of Oregon’s committee implementing House Bill 2001. This innovative land use bill legalized duplexes and fourplexes in cities across the state to help tackle Oregon’s housing affordability and climate goals. Hope enjoys traveling with her family and dedicating her time and network resources to many non profit causes. She is currently Board Chair of BBPDX, The Real Life, and is a member of the Oregon Association of Realtors Leadership Committee.
