Hope’s husband and business partner, Bill Caroselli, brings over two decades of experience in real estate, business, and finance. After launching successful real estate careers in West Palm Beach, Florida, the Carosellis returned to Boone, North Carolina—a place they cherish for its family-oriented community, excellent schools, and abundance of outdoor activities.
With a strong background as a commercial loan officer and extensive experience in sales and marketing, Bill joined Blue Ridge Realty & Investments full-time in 2024. His blend of business acumen and community focus allows him to help clients identify exceptional opportunities, whether residential or investment properties. An active community leader, Bill has served as President of the Boone Sunrise Rotary Club, supported initiatives such as the Back-2-School Festival, New River Clean-Up, and Habitat for Humanity, and currently serves as Treasurer for the Endowment Committee at First Presbyterian Boone.
