About Hope

Hope Greenlee is a proud member of the Realty Plus Associates team of Realtors. Her goal is to be the best wife, mom, and Real Estate professional I can be. Her biggest achievement is helping her friends, family and clients make their homeownership goals a reality. She has been in real estate her whole life. She started in property management in 1995 and has managed every type of residential building you can imagine. Her last property management assignment was as the Property Manager of Silo Point in Baltimore before going full-time into buying and selling homes for her clients. Her background in property management gives her an edge over others due to her extensive background in maintenance. Her real estate career is the second most fulfilling experience of her life only followed by her love for her husband, five children and French Bulldogs!

If you're looking for a Realtor who is knowledgeable and knows how to get your purchase contract accepted in today's competitive home buying market. Conversely, if you're selling your home, her negotiation skills, her knowledge of the marketplace, and her staging skills will help you get top dollar.
In addition, Hope has that special something that I think it too often overlooked in today's business environment -- she is kind, caring, concerned for each of her clients.
Do yourself a favor and call Hope if you're looking to buy or sell a property.
FYI, I'm a lender and over daily work with multiple Realtors -- Hope will be my Realtor when I'm ready to sell and buy a new home.

Hope was exceptional, she answered every weird question I had. Made the purchasing of a new home as stress free as possible, if I ever decide to move, there is no one else I would ever use!!!
