Hope was an excellent help during the whole search. She was great about showing me multiple locations that each offered something different but in the range of what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process Hope always provided me with prompt replies and kept me up to date with everything. I am not from the area and was provided a great local's insight into all of the areas I was looking in. Even after signing my lease Hope reached out and provided even more great local insights about the area that I had moved into. Hope truly made the whole process easy and pleasant. Hope was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful without being aggressive with us. She respected our opinion every step of the way and never tried to push us in a direction that we did not want to go. I think her suggestion to bring in a stager was critical because the house was vacant. She was always responsive to anything we asked or needed. We would not use anyone else in the future.
