Hope Swicegood Byrd

Hope began her real estate career in 1998. She has worked at Beverly Hanks since 2002. Hope has consistently been a top producer with the company. She enjoys listing and selling any priced home. Hope truly values the relationships formed in real estate. Most of her clients become her friend. Hope realizes the process of purchasing a home is a serious transaction, but she and her client still have fun during the process. She is positive from initially meeting her clients all the way to the closing table.

Hope Swicegood Byrd is a native of Asheville. She attended TC Roberson High School and graduated from Salem College with a BA in Economics -Management and Education. Hope has three grown sons. Growing up in the family restaurant business has provided Hope with people skills that have proved invaluable as a realtor. Hope is honest, enthusiastic, energetic, and efficient. She feels her two greatest strengths are listening to her clients and finding what they really want/need in a home, and secondly, having a wealth of information and connections that help her clients long after they have purchased their home.
