I am Houston Raby, a licensed Real Estate Broker and a lifelong resident of East Tennessee which provides the knowledge and understanding of the area real estate market to guide you in making an informed real estate decision. My qualifications as a Realtor include meeting the requirements to obtain and maintain a real estate license, acquired knowledge working as a real estate professional as well as many years of life experiences. A major portion of the life experience come from many years working with students, parents, teachers and other personnel as a teacher and principal in a public school setting. I have been involved and working with people at different levels for many years.
