Howard is informative on all details of the listing and buying process as well as understanding the value of a home based on conditions, infrastructure of the home, comps and local market values. Howard Boher was my agent for a recent house sale. He dedicated a considerable amount of time assisting me in bringing the 40 year old home up from what would have been a 'fixer' to a competitive property. Beyond his real estate market knowledge, he was helpful in aligning me with contractors that were both professional and affordable. I have friends that have also worked with Howard and my experience is not isolated. Next time I am ready to sell a property I will be be contacting Howard once again!
