Howard had been in Sarasota real estate industry for decades. As an experienced builder, he helped explaining a lot of construction issue professionally. He is very diligent, replies email quickly, very punctual. He made our remote buying process a lot easier.

Last but not lease, it is very important to have some reliable back-up. And Howard and his team are great and very responsive.

Highly recommended.
