About Howe

Howe Allen is a Real Estate entrepreneur. Although he started in real estate after graduating from college, he pursued it only part-time for nearly 20 years, instead choosing a path in corporate America. Since 2005 he has made it his full-time pursuit. Originally working for Sotheby’s in Boston, he quickly became one of their top producers. By 2009 Howe decided to open his own business. Howe Allen Realty opened in the financial district of Boston and opened its first SouthCoast office in 2013. Within the first year, Howe Allen Realty became and remains the highest producing Real Estate agency in Fairhaven. Howe grew up in the small town of Strafford, Vermont. There he attended a four-room schoolhouse through 8th grade. He attended Hanover High School, then the University of Vermont for his undergraduate degree and finally Florida Atlantic University for his graduate work. In his younger years (younger than today) he was an avid skier and snowboarder and was fortunate to spend many summers traveling around the World. This wanderlust remains a constant in his life today. Howe has a passion for whatever he does and that is evident when you meet him. He is fortunate to have surrounded himself with like-minded professionals at Howe Allen Realty. Howe is a renovation fanatic. Howe shares his life with his husband, Tim Evans and two Jack Russell Terriers, Cheer and Davy Jones Locker.
