For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Hudson “Mitch” Willis, and I am a licensed Florida Realtor® and the founder of the Hudson Willis Group at LPT Realty.

I was blessed to be raised in Liberty County, Florida, where everybody knew everybody and neighbors looked after neighbors. My family owned a grocery and hardware store, and from a young age I learned the golden rule: “Take care of your customers, and they’ll come back.” That lesson has shaped the way I serve my clients today.
Before real estate, I spent 10 years in law enforcement after earning my BS in Law Enforcement from FSU in 1997. That career taught me the value of trust, accountability, and integrity—qualities I now carry into every transaction.
I also owned my family’s retail business and served on the Liberty Chamber of Commerce and the Bristol City Council, giving me deep insight into how community and property value are connected.

Heather, my wife of 26 years, is an incredible partner—she manages our social media, stages homes, and serves as the office manager for The Hudson Willis Group. Heather also has expertise in the vacation property management market after serving as the Director of Operations for multiple vacation rental companies in the Destin/Miramar Beach area.
We also have a wonderful daughter who is both a cosmetologist and a licensed Realtor®.
