Hugo Araujo was our agent for selling our house. We were very impressed with his experience and knowledge of the changing market this year, and he always responds very quickly to our calls. At first, we had a lot of customers but no offers. He suggested we make some updates, and after we did those, we got 4 offers immediately on 4/4/22. We listed at a high price and expected lower offers but our final was over the listed price. We can’t thank Hugo enough, he was an excellent partner to have in our sale. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Being a first time home buyer, I was really nervous and dumb founded and didn't know what to expect when it came to buying a home but meeting hugo and asking him alot of questions about going through the process made me feel a little comfortable and I really appreciated him for that. I closed on my new home about a week ago and even though the process was a little slow do to the seller, hugo assured me that everything would fall in place and everything would be alright. hugo was right and me, my husband and kids are now living in our new home and even though it's smaller than what we were looking for it's a nice house and we're loving it and may I add that hugo actually picked out our house for us so, well job hugo and thanks again for everything God bless you.

I can't thank Hugo enough for all of his support though the process of buying my first home. I was referred to Hugo by another realtor and very glad that I was. From start to finish, Hugo was incredibly communicative, professional, supportive, and put my mind at ease. He also connected me to a great and fair inspector and a really good attorney. This was my first time ever doing something like this, so naturally I did a lot of research to make certain I was making wise choices, but frankly as a newbie you don't really understand the process until you go through it, so I was banking on him doing the right thing. I can say with absolute certainty that Hugo was incredibly honest, straightforward, and someone I would recommend to any friend or loved-one if you're looking to buy in Chicago. He helped me understand how to make wise financial decisions and explained them in a way that was easy to understand, and respectful, I never felt strange asking him if there was a question I had or something I didn't quite comprehend. While I love my new place, it's also my first, and I know that eventually years down the road I'll want something bigger. When that time comes I will be reaching out to Hugo again.
