In my opinion, you only have to talk to Hulya for a short time to know that she is the consummate professional real estate agent. It will be obvious that she keeps herself informed on all current and relevant real estate issues and trends. She knows the market. She knows what is required to complete a deal. Hulya was my selling agent and made my experience as painless as possible. There was a problem at closing caused by the buyer and Hulya kept me informed during the process so that the only problem that I had was that the closing was taking a little longer. Hulya will be the first one that I will call when I am in the market again.

My wife & I are new agents, and will soon be joining the KW team. The experience was amazing. The staff was very polite, friendly, and made us both feel right at home. The building is very nice, and has convenient parking. I would highly recomend this location to everyone.

This is the real estate office from which my agent works. It's like a one stop shop with a mortgage company and title company in the building. The couple of times I was there, they offered me water for which I do drink a lot. The people were wonderfully nice and so was the building.

I was able to park right outside the door as I am disabled although most of the parking is conveniently located. The building has three floors but has an elevator to accommodate my disability. My agent helped sell my house and buy a new one. He arranged everything to be timely, convenient, etc... He even drove me to a city an hour away three times to help me find a house, have it inspected and to close. I have now moved (two weeks ago) and I am very happy.

I highly recommend this agency to anyone. And, I also recommend my agent, Roy Callan.
