Hunter was absolutely fantastic!! He helped both my sister and I to find our home. We went to countless open houses and he never seemed bothered or annoyed by it. Hunter was super helpful and reliable. He would always respond even if it was late at night. We never felt pressured for anything. He genuinely wanted us to find the perfect house. I don't think we could of found anyone else better than Hunter. Thank you Hunter, you rock!

Wow! Hunter made buying a house such a breeze. He explained everything that was easy to understand. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We were able to secure a contract on our home for quite a bit over asking price. He was honest and forthright- no games. Highly recommend!

As a first time home buyer I can say that the home buying process can be a little overwhelming. Hunter was great about answering all of my questions and made sure that I understood what was going on every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions. He was always patient and ready to answer any questions. You can tell that he loves what he does by the amount of time and energy that he invests in his clients.

I can truly say that he went above and beyond to make this process as smooth as possible.

Hunter spent time reviewing our wants and needs. Since we were downsizing, we only wanted a home or condominium with only 2 bedrooms. That being said, we wanted those bedrooms to be downstairs. Hunter showd me homes that were available in the price range we were looking for. Hunter helped us find the perfect home to downsize to. The location was perfect. The neighborhood is of people my age. We looked at two homes in one day and made the decision to purchase the second home we toured that day. The purchase process was easy. The house was closed on in a short time frame. It was the easiest home buying experience we have had. I will use Hunter again if we ever decide to sell. I will recommend Hunter to all my friends and family!

Hunter did absolutely everything that we asked and more. He found the perfect townhouse for us and went to the inspection so we didn’t have to drive from Nashville. He also drove to Nashville for the closing so we didn’t have to go to Murfreesboro. We would recommend him to anybody who is looking to buy in Murfreesboro.
