With his expertise concerning investment and multi family properties, Ian Hollinger offers valuable analysis and expertise on behalf of BRC Advisors His responsibilities, which include reviewing prospective investment properties and interacting with brokers, principals and lenders, give him the insight necessary to identify worthwhile opportunities well ahead of the competition. As a project manager, Ian also coordinates with contractors, tenants, homeowners, asset managers and inspectors to ensure the timely – and financially successful – completion of various initiatives. A graduate of Bentley University, Ian holds a degree in Management.
