Ian Wolf is an award winning broker-associate at Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan in Morristown, NJ with over 18 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.

Prior to joining Keller Williams, Ian managed and owned First Jersey Real Estate. He is very proud of having built a successful brokerage with his parents to award winning status with over 45 agents in less than 3 years. Prior to First Jersey Real Estate, Ian was employed by Pulte Homes, one of the largest builders in the country. There he won numerous sales awards while specializing in new home sales and successfully selling over 200 homes in four different new home communities. He has sold with a specialized knowledge of each in 55 and older, townhomes, condo communities, mid rise communities, and new construction. His experience has made him well versed in contract negotiation, attorney reviews, coordinating closings, taking mortgage applications and assisting in program selection, while managing the construction process.

Additionally, Ian has been a real estate investor for over 15 years. He has owned multi-family and single family rentals, has experience in lease options, rehab, short sales, with extensive knowledge in buying/listing homes in foreclosure. This experience coupled with a Business Economics degree from Rutgers University make Ian an ideal asset to his real estate brokerage. His extensive knowledge of varying types of Real Estate transactions gives him the ability to save almost any client money while providing a uniquely specialized level of service.

Ian has his ABR designation, SFR Certification, and is a 203k Specialist. He also is a licensed NJ Real Estate Instructor. He specializes in short sales, REOs, and government owned homes, and will always exceed any client's expectation with regard to service, knowledge, and expertise.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, cycling, coaching basketball, and cooking. He likes to volunteer his time regularly at the Housing Partnership in Dover and with Phi Delta Theta, an international fraternity of which he is a member. He also speaks often at colleges and universities on real estate related topics.
