If you own a property in the DMV and you live outside of the area, Iana is without a doubt the BEST agent to represent you! I live in Richmond, VA and just sold my property in DC. Iana went above and beyond what any other realtor I have worked with has done. She regularly checked on my property and gave me prompt updates on everything. Her recommendations for improvements were spot on. She knew I was working with a limited budget and she recommended the repairs and improvements I would need to do to get the most interest without me breaking the bank. With her knowledge and expertise, I felt confident I was in the right hands during the whole process. When my unit didn't sell as fast as I wanted it to, she quickly knew what to do to improve the price and increase the appeal of my property....and I can't reiterate enough, that her creativeness and desire to want to meet her clients needs are what got me the best deal with the limited budget I had to do improvements. I highly recommend Iana as your realtor if you are looking to buy or sell in the DMV!!!

Amazing!! Iana went above and beyond with the home selling process, along with being there for our newly built home.

Iana is Amazing! She is hard working, professional, detail oriented and knowledgeable. I was sold when I met with her for home tours and she had a folder with printouts of the houses we would be seeing that day along with highlights of things I was looking for in a home. A pleasure to work with. Iana sold our home in 4 days, all while we were away on vacation. We aren’t super type A, so Iana kept us on schedule and organized to be prepared for a successful sale. We had to do a rent back, due to the speed of the sale, and Iana negotiated/arranged everything on our behalf. Very low stress and Iana kept all the fires put out before we ever had to get involved. Can I give 6 stars?
Iana made my first home purchase as smooth as possible. She has in-depth industry knowledge, and knows how to get a deal done. The offer letters/sales contract produced by Iana read beautifully, and was easy to consume. Iana handled everything, and kept me apprised of anything that required action. Her experience as an attorney shines through, and I knew after meeting with her one time that I was in great hands.
Ultimately, when the house I truly wanted came along, I simply asked, "Iana, how do we make this deal happen?" In the current market, that's no small request! I did exactly what she said, and a deal was born. I am typing this from my nice new house, with a big smile on my face.

I've never own an house before which automatically mean I never I had to deal with aa realtor before but i felt iana was one of the realtor out there if not the one good realtor
She verry professional respectful treating her clients like family she's always on time telles you whatbu need ahead of times you call call her after hours on the weekend she always responds either by email text or call back
That was my first experience with her as a first time home buyer but let me say this in 10 yeard down the road if I ever have buy an other house or selling my house iana will the realtor I will reach out to

Hi,
What can I say about Iana pronounced(Eeana) Capers. Our little joke. She is professional, and on top of her game. She was always available for my thousands of questions and there was not one she couldn't answer or get the answer to. Her team of professionals were equally as qualified. All the anxiety that goes with make such a huge purchase was just not there. Iana doesn't know this but she was one of 2 Agents preparing to send me homes to my inbox for me to view. She was just one step faster than the other agent. So, in this case the early bird catches the worm. 😊 between me and my husband it was...ask Iana, ask Iana 😁 always an answer, always letting us know if a property is available or not. Giving us sound advise on the properties. She doesn't know, but we almost said nevermind. The market is just to fast for us right now we can wait. Everytime we got like that Iana sent us a property that was promising. What can I say, we fell in love with her....pretty much right from the beginning. She understood our lives were busy with work and she gave us options that we made work with our crazy schedules during a PANDEMIC!!
I could go on and on. You cannot miss with this professional. You are the best Iana. Thank so much for everything you did to help us through this major purchase. Also, she also has some special surprises for you at the close, she didn't have to do to memorialize our moment but she did. 😁

The realtor traits most important for a first-time homebuyer are knowledge, proactivity, patience, organization, and communication skills. Iana Capers has all of the above, and more! She literally walked us through the entire process of buying our first home from beginning to the very end, and was an advocate for us throughout. She gave us great tips on submitting a winning offer in a very competitive housing market, that worked! When we hit roadblocks with our lender she knocked them down, and when we became frustrated she kept us calm and focused.
