Icesis help me find my forever home. She stuck with me for 2 years and 3 lending brokers. Through it all, she was so patient, never rushing me and always available to show me a house within hours of my request. Icesis Cruz sold me my first house back in 2003. She was so passionate and very adamant about me getting the perfect house. She went over every piece of paper work with me to make sure I understood everything. She made sure I got the best loan. She also sold my house for me in one month when I moved in 2013. She is definitely the best.

We became acquainted with Icesis through my brother who had enlisted her assistance in helping him with various challenges he faced with selling his home and my brother had witnessed abilities previously when she was assisting neighbors and friends of his. I was very impressed with her ability to work through my brothers friends and neighbor challenges in addition to his whereas each presented their unique set of obstacles. She was able to keep my brother cool through the process of selling his home (very impressive if you know my brother) and able to delivery what she had outlined in their first meetings. When we enlisted her to help us sell our home I was very struck with how knowledgeable she was in the field and this was REGULARLY demonstrated by interactions with other agents, settlement attorneys, etc. We were struck by her and Tom's (partner in Colonial Homes) professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure, you as the CUSTOMER, were able to close and complete your transaction but more importantly to close/complete on YOUR DREAM home in comparison to what seems to be other agents desire to just get the commission. She is truly a People person and it shows and you combine this with her impeccable professionalism and knowledge in the field and you have someone who you would want to be your Realtor for life! I have only met a small handful of agents that I felt truly deserved every penny they earned in commission and she is DEFINITELY ONE OF THESE AGENTS.
