I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Iggy--he is prompt, efficient, great at following through, as well as communicating throughout the entire process of purchasing and selling real estate. One transaction required multiple visits to the property to determine the feasibility of our long-term plans and Iggy did not hesitate to accommodate our needs whenever it was necessary. I have bought and sold numerous properties with Iggy and would not consider using anyone else for my real estate transactions. I would like to thank Iggy for making what could have been a very difficult process, a very seamless one. If anyone is looking for a forward thinking, prompt and professional relator, i highly recommend Iggy. Not only does he have a keen sense of the playing field, knowing what to do and when, he is also very understanding when it comes to dealing with the different personalities in the sellers homestead. He was never pushy, and always explained his reasoning for the next step. If it was one of a very few times I said let's hold off, he understood and planned another way. My 82 year old father decided to sell the house he had owned since 1973, so a friend suggested that he speak with Iggy first to find a new townhouse to live in, then second to prepare & sell his current house. From the start Iggy was great to work with and went out of his way to help with the whole process. Quickly he found a suitable Townhouse and that happened a lot faster then we ever expected. It then took most of the Summer to clean, donate, & sell 48 years worth of "stuff". Iggy helped line up a painter for the basement floor & walls and we were happy to make that investment. He then asked if we minded if he put a fresh coat of paint on the walls & trim to spruce it up for the sale. He did the work himself and did an awesome job. He also pressure washed the back of the house and patio, then cleaned & polished the hardwood floors. The house sold in one day and my father signed an offer for $40K over the asking price. We are so happy with his effort and professionalism during the total process, it was a pleasure working with him for sure. My Father cannot stop talking about what a great job he did! Thanks Iggy so much!
