Iliana was born and raised in New York City and graduated from Hunter College. Her fascination with real estate started as a high school student when she saw all the new development coming up throughout the city. She knew that she wanted to be a part of the real estate world some way and got her real estate license at 19 years old. She has worked in the fashion industry starting in retail and customer service. Moving on to wholesale production and sales she worked on accounts for several well-known designers and retailers like Betsey Johnson, Matthew Williamson, and QVC to name a few. Her background in sales and fashion have made her adept at positioning homes in the best light for the final consumer.

Iliana has a love for travel and lived in Spain for several years with her husband. When it came time to bring their first daughter back to New York, like many New York City dwellers, she found herself looking at Westchester due to its proximity to NYC, the convenient commute, the amazing towns, and great prospects for her daughter's education. Having made Westchester her new home, Iliana is happy to welcome new residents into its vibrant communities and share all its great qualities. Her commitment to all her clients has led to consistent growth of her business year after year.

Iliana is a mother of two amazing daughters aged 8 and 6. When she is not chasing down houses with clients she is plugging in miles on her Peloton or cooking delicious plant based, vegan meals.

Iliana is involved in the Glenwood Lake Neighborhood Association, the Daniel Webster PTA, a member of La Leche League of Pelham, and sits on the board of the New Rochelle Fund for Educational Excellence. She and her family contribute to the Bronx Zoo, NY Botanical Gardens (where she and Joe wed in 2011), and the Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture (which works to educate on the importance of creating a healthy and sustainable farming system and is home to Blue Hill Stone Barns restaurant).
