With close to a decade of experience under his belt, Ilya Kulichkin is a seasoned master of his craft in all things real estate. Ilya has successfully sold properties of all price ranges ranging from residential, multifamily, and retails. One of his memorable recent achievements as a real estate agent is when he was able to help a family purchase a beautiful single-family home. Despite the challenges presented by the mortgage company, he managed to extend his client's contract six times to secure their escrow deposit in case the lender failed to uphold the deal. He finally got the mortgage company to commit and issue the loan, and the family got to have their dream home without any compromise. Ilya's love for real estate ties to his understanding of the crucial role it plays in people's lives. He understands the uniqueness and complexity of each property and each client and finds joy in helping his clients navigate through these differences in an easy, smooth and pleasant manner.

Ilya studied Chemical Engineering before joining Baruch College in New York, where he studied Financial Engineering. Knowledge and experience in these two fields taught him discipline, analytical skills, and the value of hard work. He has also worked in Finance and service industries, experiences that gave him a deep understanding of asset value, pricing, flexibility, and excellent customer service.

Outside of real estate, Ilya enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, getting fit in the gym, and hiking.
