Imma began her professional career in numerous different spaces before launching her career in real estate. She has previously worked for Estee Lauder Companies as a buyer and was a top negotiator for Edison Schools Inc., a private, for-profit charter school company operating in the Northeast. In these various roles, Imma has excelled in budget management and bottom-line negotiation.
Imma then entered the real estate industry in 2006 where she found her true passion in client representation and marketing strategy. Within the first year she earned the “Rookie Award” for selling 13 homes as a part-time agent. Two years later, she refocused her career in real estate full time which has earned her numerous additional accolades.
Real estate transactions can become complex, however with the tenacity and fervor for excellence Imma brings, she aims to ease the stress of the transaction by addressing foreseen challenges before they become problematic. She assists homeowners in obtaining documents from their county or town, legalizing bath additions, managing estate sales, and most importantly, she has a successful track record of working with banks to allow sellers more time in their home while negotiating a short sale in lieu of foreclosure.
